So tomorrow I have a 12 mile run in my training plan. Eeeek. I have done a couple of 10 milers so hoping I can carry on a do the extra distance.

My last long run before my HM on 13 March

your be fine, what works for most people is breaking it down into chunks, think of as only 3 miles, then once you done that you can beat the last 3 miles you just did as your warmed up and ready to go and then boom half way. This is how i was told to do long distances is to break into little chunks.

It was OK actually.

Feeling a little achy now but at least I know that I can do the half marathon distance. Although there are 2 huge hills in the HM

Well done - that must be a huge psychological hurdle to cross :-) Hills in a HM ? - whoever planned that should be fired !!
