Latest on Ared supplements

just wondering about latest reviews on Areds as there were cautions on using these re the iron in them. Was taking two a day as recommended but decided to only take one.

Vitamin E 400 IU

Copper (cupric oxide) ** 2 mg

Lutein - 10 mg

Zeaxanthin - 2 mg

Zinc 80 mg
