Macushield vs Macusave, which is better?

I'm looking for eyes supplements with quite small easy to take and gluten free capsules.

Boots do a supplement called opti-health which is almost half the price of. Macushield. It has the same amount of lutain plus extra vitamins. Don’t know if gluten free.

If you're looking for something easy to take Macushield do a chewable tablet. Don't know if it's gluten free but I'm sure they would tell you if you contacted them via their website

Im advised that AREDS2 is the only proven eye supplement that slows down dry AMD..i have done a lot of swotting up on this👍
