Blurred lines - retina pigmentation issue

Hello,

I have just discovered that most lines in tables and excels are really blurred, which is very hard to work with in my field of work. Otherwise, I can see well, although reading requires more focus than usual. I am highly myopic (-12/14) and have ICL. I saw the specialist who did OCT and said that it was a pigmentation change (few dark spots/lumps) and hence no fluid/need to treat. I will be followed closely and have next check in a month.

Anyone here has similar experience? I am 44 and am not really thrilled at the perspective of having these issues for the remainder of my working life 😕

Any advice is highly appreciated.
