I had my first wet macular injection 3 days ago and am having double vision at close range when I wear my glasses. Is this normal?

Double Vision after Injection
Hello, I had two injections so far, and after the second one I had cloudy/blurry vision for a day or so. If more than 3 days have passed better getting your eye checked by your doctor. Good luck!
Hi Nobhead. This is a question for your ophthalmologist or the optometrist at your opticians. x
Good Morning Nobhead15,
Just to let you know, I have edited your post as your personal email address was the title of the post, I didn't know if this was intentional, but this is visible to everyone on the forum and therefore it is best to avoid personal details on a public so people don't email you or use your email address elsewhere, if you are ok with this however, please change it back to your email address.
I have seen you have emailed us at help@macularsociety and we will reply to your email privately
All the best,

Hello, I had my first Eylea injection on the 15th June (for CNV), I was so so scared and had no idea what to expect, luckily it was painless (it’s more the anticipation of the unknown isn’t it?) but then 2 days later I realised I was seeing less, everything was more blurry than Pre injection so I panicked and went back for checkup. My Ophthalmologist said she did not know why, perhaps just the eye adjusting to the injection but she ran all tests and could see that even at 3 days my eye was already responding well to Eylea (I saw the scan and there was indeed a positive change). Now at nearly 4 weeks (I go back in 3 days for next one as having the loading dose of 3, one every month for three months) I feel positive as believe the distortion is improving even if slowly. Hope this helps and good luck..
I've had maybe a dozen and outside of lovely fun black disks (the shadow of air bubbles which disappear in 1-2 days) never had a visual change afterward, Then last time my sight in that eye was all blurry, like there was vasoline in my eye. That cleared overnight and I had double vision in that eye. I called the clinic and was told if it didn't clear up in 1-2 days to call back. It did clear up on schedule. I must remember to ask for an explanation when I go this time.
My advice is yes, call your ophthalmologist but don't panic. And let us know the answer!
