Blurr/Foggy Vision after 3rd Avastin Injection.

Hi everyone. (May we all get well soon)

I'm diagnosed Serous ped, doctor advised me three avastin shots (each) in my eye. I have taken two injections in my right eye and never felt the blurness for more than few hours. But yesterday i took third injection in my eye and my vision is kinda blurry and foggy, and it didn't get fine after 24 hours. Is it normal? I went for a follow-up today and my vision came 6/12 before that it was 6/9. The doctor checked and said it's normal sometimes blurness is because of the gel, but your eye from outside is fine. She want to do the dialated exam tomorrow to check inside the eye. Can anyone relate? Or have experienced the same? I'm kinda anxious. She asked me to control the anxiety.

Sometimes I have had blurriness that lasts longer than 24 hours but clears within a week.

I hope so too that mine goes away soon.. doctor asked me to come tomorrow for dialuted exam.. she said outer side of the eye is fine.. it didn't happened to me in first two injections.. i know cloudy and foggy is common after injections.. but the blurry eye is dominating the other eye.

All I can say is in my case I had experienced foggy vision after the third shot, I feel that they did not wait long enough time between shots causing this effect , but they won't tell you that, after a few weeks things got better, but is was a difficult few weeks . They wanted to give me two more shots but I never went back due to covid, it's been about two years and I have been doing just fine without them .. Get well soon !!!!

Exactly. My third shot was shceduled on 29th day, but they give me shot in 22nd day, and this happened. Tho she checked everything and said outer side is fine, but my sight got affected due to blurness. Today i felt a lil difference but still blurr. Hope it goes away soon.

It should clear up , but it will take time , during that time anxiety kicks in and makes it seem like years . But like said haven’t been back and I see just fine , some days I experience small floater but I can live with them .

I hope so too. Even i had something in my mind before taking injection that something like that will happen. And it happened!! Thank God, it wasn't something unusual. How long it took for you to fade away the blurness? And yes it kicks the anxiety and panic attacks, and i have to control the anxiety because it will affect me.

It took me about two Long weeks before I started to see it go away .

No. It's been two months it didn't go away, plus my vision in that eye declined from 6/6 to 6/12 and seeing lot of floaters. What's your diagnose?
