Had eye injection went very well one more to go

Keep breathing waddington x try distract yourself this morning. I know the anticipation is horrible. Just keep thinking back to your first which you said was fine x

Take 2 paracetamol about an hour before.

When you get in the chair make sure you consciously relax, sing or count in your head and it will be over in a flash.

Above all, remember why you're having it done, all the benefits, what a little discomfort now is going to give you.

Iv had 2 injections up to now my vision in my right was very blurred and straight lines are not straight. Still same now

If you have Wet Mac, the injections will not improve your eyesight, only stop the progression of it getting worse. Your Dr should reveal this information to you.
