Ok guys. I called the clinic. New receptionist had screwed up. The date she gave me ( and marked as phone call ) is date of next scan. It is just as wheezy said. Go to clinic for scan, but don't see consultant. He reviews the scan and you get a phone call later. Good job I phoned. I would have been sitting by the phone when I should have been having a scan. Thanks for listening.You are the best.

Well that's a relief!! The original concept was almost as stupid as learning ballroom dancing by correspondence course.
