Iron overload

Replying to the recent post regarding a supplement, I came across this with regard to iron intake:

I have been taking quite a bit of iron because of the Restless Leg Syndrome I also suffer from. I wonder if it's of concern to anyone else here.

Didn’t know it was taken for restless leg syndrome I was diognosed with severe Iron deficiency after a blood tests and symptoms of a heart attack .

Was persribed Ferrous Fumarate caused chronic constipation,was glad to get off them ,just saying..
