Hi. Im just wondering if anyone else has pdt treatment for wet amd. I also have chronic CSR. All the posts by members have had lucentis injections. Grateful for any replies .

I am sure that other forum posters will give you more feedback, as I understand it, PDT is used to treat CSR if an eye specialist considers it appropriate.

Hi, my surgeon has just told me that the next step I'd PDT but I've looked it up and really don't like the sound of it but I'm going to get a 2nd opinion on Monday, so it will be interesting if they mention PDT as well!!! I'll let you know x

I've had 8 treatments up to now. I've been ok after all of them. It doesn't improve your sight though. Good lUckfield let me know how you get on.
