Hi, I have just joined the site today after reading so many of your post, I have been having a bit of a bad time just lately so it is good to hear how others are coping it makes me feel a bit less isolated, even though I have good family support it is good to hear from others that are going through the same thing. Hi ...... no matter how great the family and friends are .... it is so so difficult sometimes to put into words how you feel. From pain to mental attitudes it is so difficult, but just a simple "having a bad day" and everyone on here can totally relate to it. It also helps to know that you are not the only one going through strange and weird symptoms and lessens the hypochondria feeling that we all get. God Bless and keep relating xxx

Thanks, yes the last 4 months not been good. People just do not understand about the illness because I have lost some weight and look quite healthy . I never mention my illness at work. Whats the point I don't understand it so how do you explain it to others. Hope you feel better soon. I am normally in very good health. Love the sunshine and have 3 holidays a year in the sun, although they tell me not to. When I come home I feel great. So I will continue to do it. Stubborn or what???? take care.

Hi hope things settle down for you. I think this site is inspired because ironicly one of the problems with this illness is isolation and not feeling up to meeting face to face so this site gives you a chance to type or say somthing you cant say to family and friends. Hears to a fab 2012

Thanks everyone for all your encouraging words, it is amazing how much of a difference they really do make. I don't always manage to get on to the computer depending how I feel, but just knowing that when it all gets to much there is people out there that feel the same. I'm not as mad as I think Have a Happy 2012
