Eye test

I had an eye test as I to get it every year to be told I have a white lump at the back of my right eye so he referred me to the hospital

Well that sounds a bit scarey, doesn't it? Well the good thing is because you get your eyes checked regularly, they are looking for issues and so any problems are found early. Had you noticed anything different in your eyes? We all worry about stuff like this, so keep us informed as to how it goes at the hospital. Try not to worry until you have too, Scotty.

A similar thing happened to me recently but not a white lump however now been told I have macular degeneration and I'm just about to have my second treatment to try stop any further eye damage as my vision is affected. Initially the eye specialist thought it was as a result of long term prednisolone but after tests now says its due to lupus.
