hi all,

started my training for nxt sponsored walk,ringing janine at lupus uk today for sponsor forms for sponsored slim and also got patches of doc to help me quit smoking,should,ve started all this sooner but not been to good myself had xray on lower part of spine.got results back today advanced osteoarthritis non too happy but it won,t stop me fundraising for lupus uk.i will keep posting let you all know my progress with everything. Hiya, gosh your wearing me out just reading all that But well done and good luck with everything.

I am on day 5 of being a non smoker struggling now and again but very proud of myself I just hope I can keep it up.

Good luck with all of your training, your slimming and stopping smoking, even the news about spine has not stopped your get up and go, all I can do is admire (don't know if I spelt that right) Keep well

nothing will stop my get up and go,i, doing all this for u lupus sufferers and especially in memory of my late mother who was diagnosed with lupus many yrs ago and still managed to work full time and have 6 children(2 of which died shortly after they were born)i,m so proud of mum looking after a big family and never complaining,i used to get upset coz she would sit and cry and say y me and i felt so awful that i could,nt do anything to take her pain away,i don,t know all there is too know about lupus but i really do feel for all you lupus sufferers x
