Mine seem to contain all of those and top of head and temple. The pics are useful, I can describe the pain to the neurologist better, thank you.
What about pain in the back of your head? Mine seems to migrate from the back up to the eyeball and back again (at least the one I'm having now...)
Mine is behind my head, a sharp pain very discomforting.
