Thinning hair revisited

I wrote recently about thinning hair and you guys very kindly wrote back giving me lots of info. I made a decision to have an intralace system fitted by Lucinda Ellery, London. It was a big step for me as I've been moaning and groaning about my thinning hair for around 7 years now.

Anyway I can 100% recommend this system. My only regret - I didn't do it sooner!

Oh can anyone help me? I am 65 years Young and when I have a flare my hair falls out. My husband just says get a wig! (but he has been Thin to Bald for over 30 years now.) But somehow because I am female I get weird looks. Can't try the interweaving or hair extentions as my hairdresser says they would just drop out with my hair. Any Girls out there got any remedies that might just work. Thanks.xx
