Has anyone ever volunteered for clinical trials? I've been sent a link to a site where you can register.. I don't know whether I am going to do it especially after my reaction to steroids. Here's the link:

I did many years ago, I had to go and give massive amounts of blood for testing, so much that the lady in the blood room was worried my veins might collapse!!

Then they asked could my parents go, my mum and dad are obviously older and the hospital refused to take that amount of blood from them because of there age. End of investigations!!

Thanks for your answers, I am not going to consider doing a trial, especially after my reaction to steroids! They sound like you are made into a guinea pig! Scary!
