Lower back
Hi there,I used to get a lot of water/kidney infection and the lower back pain was horrendous,if I hadn't known any different I would have thought I was in labour.
i have had four children and I can honestly say I felt like I was having a 5th child.
Hope you are not suffering the same problems.
Take care,Sandy.
im in terrible pain with lower back at moment couldt walk hardly yesterday .ialso have have bladder problems but there not related .have a urine check for infection hope your better soon
Hi, i have scoliosis with secondary curve, plus degenerative discs in neck so in constant pain. I was diagnosed with lupus a year ago. Im in constant pain and my docs are use less as they keep swapping about my meds so never know if i coming or going. Hope U get sorted soon, take care.
Funny the last month or so i have been waking up early with pains where my kidney are and after using the toilet it subsides. However went to GP was a waste of time. It is always best to check with your consultant at least they know what LUPUS is. Most GP have no idea.
i wake up with serious pain in the back. i think is normal with lupus it is a pain stricken illness but u can tell ur gp to prescribe painkillers. i pray you get better

Hi there, I have exactly the same lower pain at the moment, I agree it feels like labour pains! I've been on 4 lots of antibiotics and still not eased, saw a different doc and he thinks its shingles, have recently had 3 blisters down my left side! Still none the wiser really, back to the docs for me asap! Get well soon x
Hi sylve i had 4lots of antibiotics 2 it fixed my urnie but not the back problem ur blisters sound really sore, hope u get answers. Soon 2 x
Thanku! My antibiotics also solved my urine infection but not the lower back pain! I had an ultrasound to check if the kidneys were enlarged and they were normal in size but not sure if this means that the kidneys are all clear. I get lots of fluid retention on ankles and stomach! Its strangely comforting that u understand what I'm talking about! I'll b sure to let u know if I get any clearer answers! And btw, heat tends to help! X
Just a small fact as I used to suffer week in and week out with urinery infections. The only thing that I found took down the inflammation was Parsley tea and lots of it!
I hope you all start to feel better soon.x
