if you have two hips replaced are you classed as disabled

Personally, I would have thought not. As surely the replacement hips are to both increase your mobility and reducing your pain.

I would have thought that the hospital &/or Surgeon would be able to help you with that question.

Hi, my husband had both his hips replaced in his 40's. He is now approaching his 60's and it was the best thing he could have had done as his hips caused him great pain. He is very mobile and the replacements gave him a new lease of life. He certainly wouldn't classify as being disabled.

i also have oteoarthititus my hips were great but its the pain from the osteo
