Thanks again for sharing this. I'll look into a low gi diet as it makes sence to me. And I like her theory of 'a little of what you fancy does you good'. Im off to list my Lupus Diet book on ebay lol xx

Yes I love 'a little of what you fancy'!! Great advice -- better than constant deprivation (that make you miserable!!)
