Does anyone else suffer from the skin round the base of fingernails splitting, is this due to the lupus or a side effect of

Not that I know of, fingers do get a bit cold, and I have alot of joint pain / tendon problems with the hands, will ask GP and consultant

That's weird cos I always seem to have skin splitting at the bottom of my finger nails too, I just thought it was due to me being lazy and not creaming my hands all the time but it gets to such an extent that sometimes it's so sore! you guys have made me think too. I'll mention it to the doctor.
