suddenly !!!!!!!

Been feeling quite good lately and today had a nice time pottering about in town and coffee with my mum , then got home, had a bit of a headache and then i felt faint , no energy in my legs , brain fog and achy ! All of a sudden !!!!! couldnt see it coming ! but now feet up and film x

yes me too!!! not too well at the moment, achy knees and bad burning skin rash on face which feels like i have stuck my head in oven and it doesn t look too pretty either.

i think a day home for me today.

Irs such a pain when you feel so positive and then suddenly bang, you feel absolutely as though you have no energy at all and you ache all over. I ve found you just have to go with it if you try to fight it it makes you worse. Hope you feel better soon

The spoon theory really fits when you have days like you are having today. You could say you have run out of spoons, you need to rest to collect together some more spoons! Hope you feel better soon. x

yeah i definately ran out of spoons !!!! but had such a lovely day yesterday , so it was worth it ! I'm good today and love the sunshine ! hope you all are feeling good xxx
