lupus and methotrexate injections

Hello everyone,

I started methotrexate injections as well as prednisone 20mg daily and 400mg for lupus , with all the medication my stomach wasn’t great and I was struggling with eating and not feeeling hungry and nauseous . I heard from a friend about these shakes you drink so I ordered some and my stomach has been so much better, they have so many vitamines and minerals that I have found have helped me. I just wanted to share if it could help anyone, don’t hesitate to send me a dm. Good luck to everyone on the lupus journey.
