Hi Kerryann82, Unfortunately, I don't know why but I am the same. I am at my worst late evening and in the morning. I am seeing a consultant in a few weeks and will ask. My theory with me is that I am photo sensitive. I react badly to all forms of lighting. If I watch more than a couple of hours of TV a few hours later I look the same as you and can shiver, going hot and cold. My malar rash is hot to touch giving a burning sensation. I don't know if you are exposed to lighting during the day, spotlights etc. I hope you get to the bottom of it. Take Care x

Yes u could be right, I’m going to try a stronger better quality SPF to see if that helps x

Hi Kerryann. Could be light. Depending what kind, for instance your phone or computer, sunscreen is not very effective for me. Only a UV mask like made from Buff.

Consider the possibility that your rash is rosacea. You can test this by eating lowest possible amount of carbs for a week. About 30 grams. Hard to do but it will give you some answers. MM
