have t been diagnosed yet, but have consult in January with a rheumatologist. Has anyone else experienced things that look similar?
I get these red dots/splotches and they leave permanent pigment loss on my back. My hands get red and mottled with white specs , they feel puffy, I get pitting edema , fatigue, I get sore feet in the am that goes away once I start walking, nausea on and off, bloating and pitting edema only along my shins.
I’m so lost. My labs are all normal so far .. please tell me someone has similar experience?

I have systemic lupus, sounds like you may have cutaneous lupus where the skin is affected. Fatigue seems to be a common symptom I suffered a lot from that until prescribed the meds.
No doubt you'll know for sure next month. Good luck xxx
I feel your confusion and anxiety! I get strange skin issues too, mainly when I'm having a flare. I'm having one at the moment (seems to be a recurring thing in Canadian winters.... at least with me) and I have two red (not itchy at all) rashes along both sides of my back just below the kidney area. The first one felt like a burning feeling under the skin then the rash came a few hours later... The soles of my feet (and sometimes the palms of my hands) burn too without any visible manifestations... and the fatigue.... it can be bone-numbing. When I see the warning signs, I rest more (especially on weekends) and I increase my meditation practice (to help my nervous system be as relaxed as possible...). I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's a long road, particularly when the labs don't necessarily yield a clear picture... My labs have waxed and waned over the years too (even, at times, presenting an "all clear")...
