Sarcoidosis

Hi I have Lupus and a few other auto diseases , just a quick question is Sarcoidosis any relation and do any of you have it , 💕

I have Pulmonary Sarcoidosis (diagnosed 1996), but never diagnosed with Lupus. Have several conditions my doctors "think" may be related, but literature is still so lacking. Diagnosed with Lymphocytic Esophagitis, CKD, CHF. I think they're related, but again, literature & research are still scant. When diagnosed they said it was NOT familial, however 2 yrs after my diagnosis a first cousin was diagnosed with both Pulmonary & Cardiac Sarcoidosis. In the same side of the family tree, other first cousins were diagnosed with Alpha-1 and died from it young, and uncle died from Pulmonary Fibrosis. Can't tell me that immediate family on one side had all these issues and their not familial. Literature is still very lacking. Sarcoidosis Foundation, NIH, and other support sites are helpful.
