ANA ratio is the number of times a sample can be diluted and still give a positive result. They usually go 1:40 ( neg) 1;80,( weak pos) 1:160,1:320 ,1:640 etc .sorry don't understand 8.3 unless it's a typo 🤷♀️ .xx
