Rash on Feet

hello everyone, I recently just joined after discovering this. For the last few days I’ve been suffering burning on the top of my feet as well as swelling in my feet and ankles. I’ve been diagnosed with Lupus earlier this year as well as raynauds and sjogrens. I’m starting to get concerned with my current issue as it’s getting worse by the day. Is this a lupus issue?

Does it feel like a nettle sting? Put them in an ice cold bucket of water. Antihistamine tablets and betnovate cream takes the sting out for me. Mine looked exactly like yours then went purple colour then faded. Took a couple of weeks to go. Dr told me was sun allergy but I think my feet just got overly hot and couldn't cope. Hasn't happened again.

Could be that you have a neuropathy in your feet or athlete’s foot ( yeast infection) of the feet get some over the counter cream try it for a week and see if that helps if not it might be neuropathy in the feet

I have feet’s like that just before chilblains, it is lupus related. Greetings

I’ve had similar red, burning rashes, without the swelling though. A topical cream called Anusol helped, but honestly, the main thing that helped with my rashes was hydroxy 400mg. It’s worth consulting with your rheumy and also seeing a dermatologist and getting a biopsy done. Best to check these things out, especially if they don’t resolve on their own!
