I haven't got lupus but have aps and from what I've been told you can have a movement disorder with lupus. I have involuntary movements from what looks like I'm being electrocuted (like whole body spasms that bring my whole body in) tics, left side facial spasms (also tongue) and hand movements. It's being triggered mainly from over doing things which really don't take much, I get tired out very easily. It's just ruining my life I really can't do much. I'm just wondering if anyone experiences this with lupus as lupus is very similar to aps and was told this can happen with lupus. Weirdly when I've eaten peanuts it triggers it, one of the medications I was taking for pots syndrome triggered it. I finding it hard to find anyone who can relate to what's happening.

Do anyone have a movement disorder?
When I'm tired, the left side of my body seems to become less coordinated. It is more like a weakness though. Feeling and movement are not as good on one side. Sometimes it is more difficult walking and focusing My hands can shake a lot sometimes too. Both sides.
Hope you find answers here from other people.
I now have Restless Leg syndrome which became worse this year - full body spasm/jerks, legs that need to take themselves for a walk as the rest of me is fatigued, or legs that feel too weak to hold me up. If having Lupus wasn't bad enough.....☺️
Sounds similar to my vagus nerve repair symptoms. Magnesium glycinate calms twitchy limbs quickly, I can recommend Nutri Advanced (NA) Megamag Muscleze. NA offer complimentary nutritionists to call you with support, not pushy and even suggest other companies products.
I am using YouTube vagus nerve repair meditations and tuning forks(weird but works in my sleep)
Just received link to this, although it only covers a few things it may offer clues. There are some links to studies etc included.
