Thanks for posting this. It's very useful especially the part about reapplying regularly. It's easy to go over that time period of reapplying which is a big risk so I shall definitely be pulling my socks up and doing as it says.
yes I read this- I was surprised just how much sunscreen you need to apply x
What you will find is that the UVA and UVB is all in very small writing at the back of the bottle not very visible to the eye . My husband and I were looking through all of our sunscreen bottles a while back somewhen in March before we travelled out just to check what ratings they had and what UVB and UVA ratings they had yeh they were all very minuscule writing basically need a magnifying glass to read it or snap it with your phone and to enlarge it.😆
⛱️I scrolled down the page and watched the film on how to apply sunscreen. ⛱️
What I learnt was :
It said to apply sunscreen, 15 to 20 minutes before going outside - to allow time for chemical filters to be absorbed into the skin.
Thanks - I thought full sunblock anti-UVa and anti-UVb was not working. I realise now it could have been because I did not wait before going out in the sun.
