I've been on Zenvita hydroxychloroquine for a number of years, I'm unable to tolerate other brands and have never had a problem obtaining Zenvita untill yesterday.
The parmacist says they are no longer able to get Zenvita and has supplied Accord which I've never heard of, does anyone have any experience with this brand please?

“No longer available” - that’s rubbish! It is available. It’s just that he is no longer bothering to supply it! I would take your prescription to another pharmacy.
Thanks so much, I'm reluctant to risk it, think you are right, I need to ring around to see if I can another pharmacy who will supply Zenvita. I was just wondering if the Accord was causing any problems or not generally.
Hi Jazz80. I have used Accord. I had problems with the pharmacy I used a few months ago and they said that was all they could get. I was very reluctant to take it but I was ok. It seems to be closest to Zentiva and it is film coated which protects your stomach. However I have now changed pharmacies and they are supplying me with Zentiva again. Good luck.
Thanks so much, thats reassuring just wish they had told me before I collected the prescription. I am going to try and find somewhere that can order Zenvita for the future, because apparently, it could be a different brand every time!
Hiya, I am also on ZENTIVA Hydroxychloroquine and that works and then they put me on Quinoric and I really didn't feel good. Woozy, pain in my stomach and so much pain in my body. I sent several messages and phone calls to my surgery to put me back on ZENTIVA. So back on it now. I phoned pharmacies and they had ZENTIVA. I hope that you can get back on it. Cx
Welcome to the chemists issue all over the country it seems now that no longer order in stock so we have to ring round until we happen to come upon it.
