Braking apart fast

This thing not content with a giving in ankles And taking out a knee. It's now moved into my back .I had a superb back 4 months ago. Now the thing feels like bubbling up between my shoulders one spine. This is like to many things to fix now

And the groin on better leg don't feel good. I haven't even tried to do a walk this morning cos everything feels on fire 🔥 anyone in same position as this please make me feel not alone with this dam thing.
