Good morning. Does anyone know why when I tried to look at the forum this morning I was unable to? A box popped up saying welcome back! I'm on the forum everyday but for the life of me I couldn't this morning. It asked for my login details but wouldn't let me type them in, eventually it let me but very annoying.

HU was probably having minor wobbles - if it lasts complain using the Contact us at the bottom of the page. On my iPhone I scrolled to the bottom and there was a box saying Show footer, on a computer it is always there. You want Support and Contact us.

If you don't tell them they don't know if a bug is persisting.

Scroll right to the bottom of HU website page and tap on “Security”!

Then follow instructions !

That happens sometimes…if you just close down & log in again it usually resolves itself.

It’s my solution to everything to do with computers….I’m convinced the techies do it just because they can!
