I have podiatry tomorrow and you can see my ankle giving way and their is sort of a banging feeling to the foot. I bought some inserts to try on ebay. Not right but stops it going in. When I put my foot down you can see the knee twist at the joint. I walk a bit rest on bed walk a bit rest on bed. So on total I'm getting about a mile a day to keep things moving
