if she’s under a hospital then she should call the hospital Lupus nurse for advice. They are trained to spot if something needs urgent attention and will deal accordingly.

thank you for your speedy response! I have suggested that she contact them but she reluctant to bother them thinks her consultant only works a few days per week! I will encourage her to contact them, thanks

I would get I touch with the hospital, I had a problem with the G.P. I was seeing and because of this became seriously ill before the hospital diagnosed SLE Lupus which was in my kidney, I also had a rash, both my daughter's insistence at the surgery i get sent to hospital saved my life, i really hope she doesn't ignore this, I wish her the very best xx

Thank you for responding, I have tried she has a gp appt for next week!!!! She tried a number she had for Lupus nurse but no longer available!!! I will keep encouraging her to try and speak to someone! She thinks the rash is a coedine rash from a neck issue 3 weeks ago but rash is still bad!! Thanks

I was taking codeine too but was taken straight off them by the doctors treating me, I wish her well for her appointment.
