can some one please help me is this lupus

hi can anyone help give me advice I have cramp in both legs and temple pain like migraine with eyesight problems and random pains in arms and back and feel really deep sick having attacks where I can’t think and hard to breathe can anyone help or advise is this due to lupus or post Covid ? any advice or help is greatly received

Hi Titters thank you for the reply Its lupus and my connective muscle disease. I have stronger meds and breathing is still post covid had chest X-ray to look for legions or something and full bloods. Looks like my eye is Sjögren’s it’s larger than my other eye 👁 still should be under control now 🤞have good weekend 😃

You should see your GP to be sure it’s nothing else. Hope today is bringing improvements?
