Hiya. Welcome. I remember coming here when first diagnosed,

Because I couldn’t get straight answers from med community back then. I decided to ask ?? Here and read what self care I should do

Lol I got scared to death by all the really sick people and their needs, treatments etc, and swore I’d never be like that! ( I was in early part of my disease). Oh how I wish I felt that good 😊

I have to say, sharing struggles, sharing tips, asking about treatments helps so much! I did not know that drs don’t have to keep up with new breakthroughs ( there’s no pop quiz for them).

I love bedside manner of some docs but I know more about my illnesses than they do… or the Smurt drs know it and treated me like doodoo.

Lol I went to a great Neurologist. Supposedly awarded #1 in state, but was afraid of germs. Or maybe it was just me?

Anyway, I think it’s great to laugh, to enjoy the moment and learn to meditate!!
