SAPHNELO (anifrolumab) anyone?

Did anyone try the new drug Saphnelo? It is from Astra Zeneca and the molecule is called anifrolumab. If yes, any results? Good or bad?

One Lupus friend has used for about 3 months-

the first 1 1/2 months SHE FELT “GREAT”; then, it seemed to not be as helpful and the same ‘ole lupus flares came BACK.

- Was it because it takes time to build up in the your body (ie like Hydroxychloroquine)?

- Maybe she was exposed to a virus/bug that caused it not to work through the BUG?

- Maybe like Benlysta- it HELPS “lessen” fatigue & pain, but the flares still come & go?

- Maybe she treated her body like she DIDN’T have Lupus & did not REST “enough” during the Holidays?

- It might give you a BOOST like PREDNISONE?

Then, if you DO TO MUCH, your body can’t keep up or it’s time for new dose & body REALLY NEEDS IT to regain strength?

We need more Responses to get a good feel for this new LUPUS BIOLOGIC.
