Proving vaccine status in 12-15 year olds

There must be others on here that are in the same situation as me and I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution. I'm on immunosuppresents and as a result my 13 year old daughter has been double vaccinated. I can't find out how to prove this though for international travel. The covid pass isn't available for under 16's. I'm in England. We should be in the enviable situation of being able to travel to any European country without having to pay for PCR tests. Some countries, like Germany, don't let over 12's even enter the country unless they are double vaccinated so she is one of the few English teenagers that could go there but I just can't find a way of proving that she is.

In the states we get a vaccine card which we bring to the boosters and they fill date and type of vaccine we are given after each jab to keep in our wallets.

Hi lupus newbie, my 13 yr old grandson had his done and has a card with the vaccine given and date. It’s also on his medical records, so if your daughter has the nhs app, you should be able to access a covid passport. There is a link on the app that records can be shared (with consent) and as she’s 13 parents should be able to link hers with yours?
