What does everyone take for pain & swollen joints? Im doing ibuprofin/tylenol cocktail currently but find myself taking it at least 3 days a week and I'm thinking it's not good to take so much

Joint pain meds
I take tramadol or acupan at the moment. Also methocarbamol for a muscle relaxant.
I find naproxen works better than Advil. Other than that try eating anti inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, pineapple etc.... And stay away from things like sugar, carbs etc....that increase inflammation. Exercise usually helps relieve muscle aches too although it's hard to exercise while in pain.
Hi I take arcoixa 90mg, it works well for me. I do not take it daily, only when the pain is bad. But since being on hydroxychloroquine my joint pain has gone, yay!!!
TUMERIC , FISH OIL, MAGNESIUM GLYNATE, MAGNESIUM OIL DIRECTLY AND SOMETIMES MENTHOL PADS THAT STICK TO JOINT AND Q10
Hiya
If you're after an alternative NSAID, my GP prescribed Naproxen. He suggested it would be safer long term, but also prescribed a proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole) to protect the stomach. I have found Naproxen more effective than ibuprofen too.

I have tried a few different ones so far, Tylenol arthritis, dicloflenac (sp?), naproxen, unfortunately none of those worked but luckily I finally tried Celebrex it helps a lot it doesn't get rid of the pain completely and some days I can still be in quite a bit of pain but it's made life a lot more manageable
