I totally sympathise and I’m So sorry to hear pain is bad .. for chest pain I find the bath helps . I can’t take opiates .

Deep breathing and reminding myself I’m not going to die sometimes helps . I don’t mean to sound sarcastic that is genuinely what I do .

I really hope you feel a bit better tomorrow hunnibunni xxx

Ty Tiggywoos,It's not my chest it everything from my hips down, but I totally get what u mean I've been there with chest pain and ur comment is so right in that situation think it is more panic of the pain is sending me mad, I'm rocking and jerking trying to get a few seconds of relief from the pain, I'm not mad don't get me wrong so hard to explain, even hitting myself somewhere else gives me a few seconds of relief do u get me.

Depends on the source cbd tincture, voltaren, aspercream or lidocaine

Hot bath , music and molten brown. Take care. And speak to Dr if morphine dose not working.

This does not address the pain itself but when you talked about the panic of the pain I thought I’d mention that I have found mindfulness very helpful in controlling that. The pain is still there of course and I still absolutely need painkillers but it becomes more manageable. It can really help when the pain breaks through the painkillers.

How are you doing now HB? I take gabapentin for nerve pain. And slow exercises like swimming and yoga. Hope you are better. Best, Titters
