Interesting how there seems to be more and more research on how the gut and food relates to autoimmune disorders. Since my diagnosis of Lupus l have gone on a gluten and dairy free diet just in case it helps.

Hi Cowsaresweet, I think there is a big connection between our gut and autoimmune conditions. There is a lot of information connecting these conditions on social media. I have read this book and have tried to follow the protocol I believe it is worth reading.

Thank you for sharing. My gut problems were never resolved despite several hospital admissions and a lot of intrusive tests. Prior to becoming ill I regularly suffered bouts of vomiting, choking, diarrheoa, being unable to eat , pain and cramps. It would be wonderful if we could all benefit from this research xx
