Your pic cheered me up. I have RA & Iritis & Glaucoma. I’ve been in Moorfields Eye Hospital A&E since 3.30am. I’ve only just seen the Dr. I’ve had severe pain in my right eye since 10.30 last night. Found it impossible to get a cab or a bus. I’m so lucky. The 243 takes me all the way from my place to the Hospital. But i was going mad. I kept missing buses. No cabs at all either. I’ve been on alot of anaesthetic drops. I feel high as a kite with no sleep & hardly any food. (I’m a moody cow if i haven’t eaten.). So i’m going to have soup & a cup of tea when i get in. (Lovely chicken soup). Always cheers me up if i’ve had a hospital appointment. Or a trip to a&e!!!

Your pic did cheer me up. I’ve posted a few pics of my Eric on here. That lovely mouse is similar to him. Except my Eric’s a beautiful, chunky brown & white Syrian hamster. I was going to let him have a run in my lounge last night. But i had to tell him. Sorry. Not tonight. I gave him an extra chunk of carrot instead!

Thanks honeybug. You’re sweet! I’ve got my lovely fan on, curtains closed. Watching something silly but fun on my tablet. While i eat a salted caramel cornetto. It’s orgasmic!!! Helps soothe the pain!!!

Thanks alot Spotty-Ewe. I’ve only just got in!!! I saw a Cornea Specialist. The A&E Dr was concerned about my right eye. I had to wait 2 more hrs to see them. He was lovely. Pulled out a bit of grit. It actually looked a tiny bit like Eric’s sawdust!!!! He gave me antibiotics & cream & said come back in 2 days if things haven’t improved. I said i wanted to hug him! I’d been so worried. Now it’s time for soup & tea. Then a nap. Enjoy the sunshine. (I won’t!!!) I’ll lie down & get my fan on! X

Just wrote a reply and it vanished. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyway, I was saying I’m glad it is all over now. Also I know our pets like to share but Eric sharing his sawdust with you was a bit too much. 🤣🤣 Enjoy your lunch and well earned nap - you’ll need it after all that. 🥱😴 No sunshine here but at least it is dry so we’ll enjoy a wee walk with our friends arriving around 2pm . Trouble is I’m feeling drained already so maybe a nap is in order for me too. 😉 Take care Vixen and I hope the eye gives you no more bother now you have the antibiotic and cream. 🙏🏻 xxx
