Sensible girl. My two have their cool jackets on and both are hogging the fan. It is so difficult to keep them cool in such heat isn’t it? Poor Brodie was so sick last night bless him xxx

Now the little devils hog the fan. Yes I made a lovely tiramisu cake, coffee sponge with marscapone, cream and Baileys frosting topped with cocoa and a peanut butter ice cream which was to die for. Our favourite lunch these days is my sourdough bread toasted with Mexicans cheese yummy xxx

I had one piece, my husband ate the rest. My cakes do not look as pretty as they used to because my hands shake but they taste nice at least and the ice cream machine he bought me last year is amazing. He had an ulterior motive as he loves ice cream. I have just bought some pectin to make gelato but this weeks cake is his favourite rhubarb and custard xxx

I had to put it in the fridge because of the cream and cheese in the icing or it would have melted in a puddle . My hubby woukd still have ate it though 😂 xxx

You won’t believe this but Baxter finally used the cooling bed all on his own this passed weekend. We’ve had it for like 2 years. Ground must be too hot. He usually sunbathes in the grass.

Bless her. My long haired cat keeps doing the same and even my shorthaired cat keeps flopping on the floor in the rooms where I've shut the curtains. It's so hard on the animals. 😘☀️

She is such a clever girl ! So gorgeous . Love the way she blends into the 🌱! Tiggy cat not so sensible .. spends a lot of time sitting in the grass looking very irritated by life 😂. Went and laid down with him last night .. OH looked mortified and said god the neighbours will think you are dead 💀😂. Big hugs xxxx

Hi I read your message last week I really do feel for you and think your doing marvellous the way you are dealing with things better than I could I wish you luck with everything . I read healthunlocked and sympathise with a lot of what I read between you but don't get a lot of time to join in conversations or time to reply. Just thought I would let you know I enquired at all B&M,s all over Bristol and have managed to get my friend to get one for me near to where she lives and she got the last one in the shop so she is bringing over tomorrow so Thankyou so much for the tip off xx
