Hi Folks hope all had a good weekend - this picture of Mira is her sat on my lap where she is happiest , she’s such an affectionate little thing, you would think her mum Bea would get jealous as Mira is always on my lap but she’s such a laid back doggy mummy that she dosnt mind at all, she’s also very affectionate I don’t know if it’s a schnauzer thing - are other peoples dogs so affectionate ? I would love to know folks

Her little face just melts your heart ❤️. She’s such a sweet little thing . Maybe Bea knows mummy needs the love and little Mira is very happy to give it . Why would we do without our furry friends who I believe are more in tune than we know . Sending over the 🪄 🧚‍♀️ just in case she’s needed today 🌻xxxx

Maybe it’s that yes and yes our furry friends are so in tune with us, my friend is going through chemo at the moment and her little Jack Russell does not leave her side- have a good rest of the day Tiggywoos xx

Shes till got cute mischief in those eyes SV.my 2 are total opposites....millie is the working springer and isn't affectionate at all she hasnt got an ounce.....marley who is the show springer is full of it.in a morning he's there with kisses and washes and if you stand still he sits on your feet. He loves to cuddle up and sit on your knee.thing is he weighs 4 stone (26kgs for those youngsters born after decimalisation ) and doesn't make a very good window 😂. How are you ? Xxx

Yes she still has mischief in those eyes 😂 I couldn’t imagine 26kgs sat on my lap bless Marley - Mira is 7kg 😂 so not so bad to sit on your lap - I’m ok thanks, I’ve got to see anaesthesitist tomorrow as he’s deemed me medically unfit for surgery due to Lupus - so will see what they say - have a lovely rest of the day xx

Beautiful photo. Mira is so photogenic. My Cocker Spaniels cannot bare to be out of touching distance. They follow us everywhere even to the loo. Dylan just launches himself at us for ear nibbles and slobbers, tail going like a flag in the wind. Brodie will make little noises to remind you to keep stroking him, they get louder if you fail to respond ( sometimes we do it just to hear him get more insistent which is hilarious). They give us so much joy and love xxx

Oh that’s so lovely , your boys sound just as affectionate as my 2 girls - it really does make you smile dosnt it when they are so pleased to see you - Mira also follows me to the loo 😂 💕

You must get a dog - I’ve never been a doggie person but my fiancé wanted one and well I just fell in love with this little fluffy Bea so then decided we would like another one which is why we have Beas baby - Mira - we have 5 adult children between us who have all flown the nest so Bea &Mira are my fur babies - how’s things with you Kay ? Xx

Well, I am thinking of getting a little companion but not easy in the city. Little Mira has won my heart. I am doing well. Have a scope Friday to see how I responded to treatment. Deep breaths ..

You won’t regret getting a dog, just do your research like we did, we wanted a breed that didn’t malt and one that don’t need lots of exercise due to my energy levels, I don’t walk Bea&Mira everyday they are quite happy staying with me all day and pottering in the garden - what ever you do don’t get a cockerpoo as we were going to get one but asked loads of owners and they all said they are such mad dogs and need tons and tons of exercise but they look so cute 😂 one of my friends has a little Jack Russell and he is a very good companion too for her, she too is going through cancer and having chemo and he does not leave her side , he definitely knows . I’m ok thanks got hospital tomorrow to see the anaesthetist to see how they will do my opp 💕

Our miniature poodles don't malt but do need lots of exercise, I dont think toy poodles need much & they are small enough to pick up. Hope you have responded to your treatment well & are able to get a little companion 🐶

Gorgeous little dog. I have a male & a female miniature poodle,both are really affectionate and even understand the word cuddle. The female behaves like a lapdog even though she is a little big for a lapdog really 😁

I'll try to post pics if I can figure it out. Maybe you could tell me how to do it. We have Teddy almost 5, we got him as a puppy, he is cream, Kola is almost 4 she is brown we kind of rescued her when she was 2 although she came from a breeder who was going to breed her but changed her mind. We think she has been hit in the past as she used to flinch & cower when we 1st go her. She is happy with us🥰

They are groomed every 4 weeks in the summer and their fur looks & feels like velvet🥰

Lovely pic of mira svfarmer, she just melts your heart, shes gorgeous!. Im glad shes giving her mummy much needed cuddles and its wonderful that Bea isnt jealous!. Its as if they know whats needed, animals can have a sixth sense!.

Another absolutely adorable picture of Mira. Gigi, our border collie, is very loving and would like to be a lap dog. She does not know she is a little big at 61 pounds of pure love. Her very favorite thing is to kiss and lay beside us. Pumpkin, my cat is also extremely loving and always near. He is especially attentive when I am at my worst and gives me great comfort. I agree with what Tiggywoos said, they are so much more in tune than we know and often more than we are.

Ahh how lovely that you have a cat and a dog, both whom are very affectionate, do they get on ok? Mira has never seen a cat but is going to be staying at my sisters in September for a few days and she has a cat so we will see 😂 💕

Hi Svfarmer. Beautiful doggy. I’d love a dog. But i live in a Peabody flat. They don’t allow them. So i thought of something small & furry. That’s independant & isn’t expensive to keep...I’ve called him Eric. I know i’ve posted his pic on here a few times. But he’s such a sweet hamster. I feel guilty if i don’t let him out for a run in my hall. If i’m feeling exhausted & in pain. When i’m feeling ok, i set up a little playground in my hall . He climbs all over me. They’re so entertaining. Pets are very important. Can really cheer you up!

Thanks svfarmer. He’s very popular. Got his own fan club! I’m not well at the mo. I have a painful flare up of iritis. Serious eye condition. I’ve got it in both eyes. Had to go to Moorfields a&e yesterday. Was there 4 hrs. So tired when i got home. Exhausted. On steroid eye drops in both eyes, every single hr for a week. Then cut down slowly, weekly. So annoying. But when i came home & saw Eric’s little face. He just cheered me up!!

I’m so sorry to hear about your eye condition, I’ve never heard of iritis before, sounds very painful - hope the eye drops give you some respite 💕

Thanks svfarmer. Very painful condition. But i’m so grateful they gave me steroid eye drops. I’ve had to have loads of injections in my eyes over the years. Implants injected too. So i’d much rather have drops. Better than a needle!!!

Hi svfarmer, lovely to see Mira. I think her Mum Bea is like every other Mother, she is delighted to see that her kid is being loved and cared for. You are part of her pack and it works well if everyone is content, can’t beat a loving Family set-up.

Noticed that your procedure has been postponed due to Lupus. Please keep us all updated as to when this alters.
