I have had a successful pregnancy previously and was advised to stay on 400mg of hydroxychloroquine throughout. Although safe for baby I have read since that hydroxychloroquine passes through the placenta. I appreciate the risk of flare etc but have any of you reduced dosage just prior to pregnant and/or had any discussions surrounding this? Also does anyone know any more about this? I have planning for baby new two you see (hopefully).

No sorry but good luck and joy 😊
Hello, my dosage was reduced to 200mg a day and I also had to take aspirin once a day throughout my pregnancy (to avoid blood clotting). Thankfully I had a full term pregnancy and natural birth and my son has no medical issues. He is 15 years old now I hope this helps x
