Been busy this afternoon on the baking front - here is a yummy delight of raspberry and champagne posset with a red velvet choc chip cookie on the side! I would put some in the cyber-larder for you to enjoy, but the whole lot has been demolished!
I then picked up a pebble to paint and saw a seal looking up at me, well, a seal’s head anyway! So that’s what I painted! Have a nice evening everyone! 🦭 🎨 🍪 ♥️
Oh they look absolutely delicious. We are tucking into a white chocolate, raspberry and Chombard cheesecake. It was devoured before I coukd take a photo lol. Absolutely love your seal too xxx

Since Neil bought me the ice cream maker I have been trying different recipes. Strawberry, raspberry ripple, cherry, vanilla. Our favourite so far is the raspberry ripple xxx

I would love those cookies for my dinner guest tonight! Cooking is not my strong suit. The Italian grocery has fresh ravioli and sauce that tastes homemade. Now if I could only find a chocolate raspberry heart cookie, it would be perfect!
