MRI interpretation help

Hi again,

I had a Shoulder MRI in 2017 that showed a mild rotator cuff tear and some calcifications.

My Rheumatologist sent me for another(Aug 2020 attached) as part of the work up that led to my Lupus diagnosis.

I obtained a copy this morning to keep for my records. Does anyone understand this? there seems to be a lot more going on now.

My shoulder isn't painful constantly but can flare up sometimes to where I can't even move it.

I am worried that it may keep getting worse.

ANY help is greatly appreciated.
