Methotrexate, temperature and issues sleeping

Does anyone wake up in the early hours very hot and then can't get back to sleep for hours? I inject 22.5mg and usually I sleep ok but sometimes the above happens and I just can't settle. I'm wondering if the methotrexate has anything to do with it or is it just me. Thanks

Hi Kath, yes I do - I wake up feeling quite hot and restless like I did just now, most nights. I’m on 25 mg Pred at the mo and 20 mg Methotrexate both taken orally. Hope things settle for you soon.

Hi, I have been on Methotrexate Since December 2019, take 6 Tablets once per wk.I would only sleep about 4 hours (4 or 5hours hours sleep a night). Very seldom go back asleep. Sometimes very groggy when I wake. Very hot during the night which also disturbed sleep. Finding Waves of fatigue and nausea with medication difficult. Hope your sleep improves.
