Ulcers and sores

I have lupus, I have suffered with reoccurring ulcers, I have sore in my nose and ears. I react to a lot of medicine. So it's difficult to get proper medicine. I take too many pain relief, can any one advise if there is something else that I need to use .

Hi I can so sympathise with you - I too have Lupus and suffer really badly with nose ulcers not just when I’m in a flaire, I more or less have them in my nose all the time- I’ve found nothing that works , I’ve had various creams, sprays etc so now I use nothing , but god they are so painful 😖- I wish I could give you some better advice than that but hopefully someone else on here can give us both some advice xx
