I finally have physiotherapy on Tuesday next week which I am excited about it. I have been waiting for the appointment for months. I am a little nervous the appointment is not actually F2F but over a video call. I wonder what questions they would ask. Not really sure what to expect.
Universal Credit is so useless. I was supposed to have a fit for work assessment last week. My advisor and I were trying to have her in the call with me for support. I told I was not allowed to have her there on the conference call. The day for the appointment they did not bother to call or even to reschedule. I feel they should call me to let know what happened. It is their responsibility to let know what is going on. I am not going to allow the stress of the situation to cause a flare-up!

I am so sorry that you are going through this extra stress at the moment and that it is impacting on your health . It is unfortunate that the staff dealing with universal credit do not seem to take this into account, it does appear to be a long drawn out process.
I hope you find the physio of help , I imagine they will ask questions about your medical condition and how it is impacting your life , they might also ask what you want to achieve from physio .
